How to Measure Yourself

For Bras:

1. Band Size: Measure around your ribcage, just under your bust. Keep the tape snug but comfortable.
2. Bust Size: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
3. Cup Size: Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement to determine cup size.

For Panties:

1. Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (narrowest part of your torso).
2. Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
