Important Notice - Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. We appreciate your understanding as this policy protects the health and safety of all our customers.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • Original packaging must be intact and sealed
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used intimate wear
  • Items with removed tags or packaging
  • Products showing signs of wear or washing
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • Include your order number and details
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost and arrange pickup of the incorrect item.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs may apply)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once processed

Exchange Process

For size or style exchanges:

  • Subject to availability of requested size/style
  • Exchange shipping may incur additional charges
  • New item will be shipped once we receive the original
